Three years of phased improvements for the 12,000 sf headquarters building in Society Hill prior to relocation to their present site. These renovations included upgrading the infrastructure and the interiors such as a new dumbwaiter, bathrooms and kitchen. The Board Room was refurbished, as were various offices and workrooms. All materials employed were selected for their environmentally sustainable characteristics.
Long range plans were prepared for potential expansion and conglomeration of community outreach programs currently housed in leased space nearby. Programming, schematic design and cost estimating phases were completed.
